What is a Customized Order?

A customized product is made to your exact needs (e.g., design, color, size, or features). These orders cost more than standard products due to extra materials and labor.

Key Terms & Conditions

  1. No Cancellations or Refunds: Once your order is confirmed, production starts immediately. No cancellations or refunds are allowed.
  2. Rare Cancellations (Before Dispatch):
    • A refund may be issued only if cancellation is requested before dispatch.
    • Up to 75% of your payment will be deducted to cover production costs.
    • No refunds are available after dispatch.
  3. Full Payment Upfront: Customized orders require 100% advance payment (non-refundable).
  4. Production & Delivery Time: Takes 7–8 weeks (due to handcrafted details). We’ll notify you of delays, but regular production updates aren’t guaranteed.
  5. No Changes After Confirmation: Double-check design, size, and details before paying. No changes allowed after payment.
